Wale took the stage at Highline Ballroom earlier this week for his highly anticipated A Show About Nothing, fresh off the release of the excellent More About Nothing mixtape.  Presented by Rap Radar, Wale and his go-go band UCB tore through tracks off the tape, with the horns blaring and drums banging on all night.  J Cole and Fabolous made guest appeaerances during the set to the crowd’s delight.  ATWL was in the house, so here’s our full, exclusive recording of the show.

Wale and UCB performed at the BET Studios in NYC last month for a taping of BET’s Rising Stars, which aired last night.  This is his best TV performance yet and the interviews between songs are very insightful.  Here is the full 20 min video.

We’re back with more from Wale’s show in NYC last week.  You already heard Kid Cudi’s surprise performance of Day N Nite here, and now we proudly present more exclusive recordings from the concert. Wale’s Attention: Defecit tour stopped by NYC tonight at Le Poisson Rouge and he and his band, UCB, tore it down for the sold out crowd.  About halfway through his set, he summoned Kid Cudi to the stage to kick off Day N Nite, backed by the band.  Here is an exclusive audio recording of the performance from the show.

Elitaste hooked up a soundboard source of Wale’s complete set from his show at Mezzanine last week.  From what I gather, the energy of the crowd was amazing and the show itself is sick.  Wale, and his backing Go Go band, UCB, absolutely killed it.  He also performed 2 songs from his upcoming debut release, “Pretty Girls” and “Chillin”.  Hit the jump for the tracklist and the link.

Wale brought out Daniel Merriweather at the Allido CMJ Showcase at SOB’s in October and proceeded to jump into an impromptu performance of Mark Ronson’s “Stop Me”.  UCB added in some go-go flair and the results were amazing.
