John Legend’s new album, Wake Up, which is entirely produced and recorded with The Roots, is coming this September. They have performed together at a few shows this year and one of these occasions was this weekend in Philly, the night before The Roots Picnic at The World Cafe. In this epic set, JL and The Roots cover Roberta Flack, Curtis Mayfield, Teddy Pendergrass, Bill Withers and Donny Hathaway among others, with Black Thought adding in some rhymes. Melvin Ayers want to know do you sing Gospel and do you help Peoples with their singing carieer .I sing Gospel and trying to get the CD out are there any sujestion . i have talk with several guys that have a studio or say they do .and they are or were to give me a call and as of now it has never happen .I Thank you for your time I love the music keep on doing what you are doing and God Bless you Alway Peace
