Last week, Fat Freddy’s Drop touched down in California for their first ever concerts in the U.S. I made the trip out west to witness one of my favorite bands on the planet live for the first time and was completely blown away. The crowd’s energy, especially at the Los Angeles show, was intense and the New Zealand-based band was shocked at how much love they received across the pond. While I was at this show, it was also webcast, so here is the soundboard rip of the complete show, courtesy of oneworldreggae.com. I wasn’t able to get to the freddys gig in Manchester (UK) on Monday as my little girl was sick so this means a lot.
The Legendary and Fat Freddys Drop are my two favourite bands in the world and the live stuff you post is just incredible to someone like me who only gets to see their favourite bands once a year (if lucky!!!)
Thank you so much for this, it is always great to get a live Fat Freddy show as they are always unique & special. This is just a month after I saw them in Australia so really looking forward to reliving the sweet sweet jams, hurry up download!!
